Landscaper/Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a desire to contribute to maintaining and enhancing the beauty of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscaping, including tree trimming, groundskeeping, and lawn care. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain healthy plant growth and aesthetics.
• Conduct regular groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding.
• Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Build landscape features such as flower beds, fences, or garden structures as needed.
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all tasks.
• Run and operate zero turn mower.
• Safely complete Monday to Friday mowing route driving truck and trailer.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and lawn care practices is advantageous.
• Mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping equipment is beneficial.
• Ability to use hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Must have valid drivers license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
