Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join our team. This role iThe Content Coordinator is responsible for creating digital content (i.e. graphics and informational materials) within the organization. While following the company's standards, the Content Coordinator will produce innovative and impactful work under the guidance of the Creative Brand Manager. The Content Coordinator is responsible for producing and releasing content across all social media, marketing, and creative content outlets. This role requires excellent time management skills. To ensure our brand is held to the highest standard and consistency, organization and attention to detail is of the utmost importance in this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Creative Brand Manager
- Produce content for all company social media accounts
- Provide responses to all comments and direct messages across social media accounts
- Ensure all content is visually consistent and free from grammatical errors
- Produce content within a timely manner and ensure approval is received prior to deadlines
- Monitor social media trends
- Follow company guidelines to use templates and/or create educational materials, in-house documents, and other written or visual materials
- Provide creativity and contribute ideas for content
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to execute content
- Abide by the company standard and guidelines, and maintain the company "voice" throughout all marketing channels
- Participate in and contribute to additional special projects needing images, graphics, etc.
Qualifications
- Ample experience using social media platforms
- Knowledge of Canva is a
- Attention to detail and organizational skills is a must
- Ability to navigate, learn and manage multiple social media applications and trends
- Computer skills; ability to learn and work in multiple systems
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Positive and flexible attitude, reliable, and a team player
- Experience and/or education in marketing, graphic design, social media, or equivalent is preferred
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
- Experience with a start up business and/or growing a business is a bonus!
- A passion for holistic health also a plus!
