While we require candidates to be within commuting distance of our offices in Reading, PA , or Spring House, PA, we also embrace hybrid work arrangements. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related degree required
- Certified Public Accountant and / or Master's degree is desired
- 5-10 years of current or recent experience in public accounting or other industry working as a Controller / CFO
- Experience within an advisory or consulting environment focusing on financial services
- Knowledge of accounting software packages and ability to adapt / learn to different accounting software technology
- Successful at fostering strong relations built on trust and credibility
- Adept at meeting challenging client requirements and deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Detail focused and driven to achieve high standards
- Strong general business acumen
- Onsite at client 40-50%
