Job Purpose
- This position reports to National Sales and Development, but the successful candidate will be expected to collaborate and work in a dotted line method with the Manager of Division Operations, the Studio Finance Manager, and the Manager of Business Intelligence
- Assist in maintaining corporate relationships with various industry stakeholders.
- Manage marketing assets and collaborate with external agencies.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special events and conferences.
- Work closely with the Studio Managers to promote community goodwill notifications.
- Log all pertinent information into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
What you will do...
- There will be times when travel is required on very short notice
- Examples of travel will include industry events, client meetings, client tours, client outreach, and others
- Client entertainment/interaction on a regular basis to include:
- Meals
- Outings such as sports events
- Industry events
- Attend political events as needed
- Keep up to date on industry trends and news
- Lead generation
- All other duties as assigned by manager
