As a Mechanic A, you will be responsible for utilizing your mechanical expertise to lead fleet maintenance operations, ensuring that Herc Rentals equipment meets quality and efficiency standards. You will develop and maintain a consistent schedule of performing preventative maintenance, operate and test equipment, and perform routine maintenance and repairs independently.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a consistent schedule of performing preventative maintenance of all Herc owned fleet at your branch.
- Operate and test equipment to ensure it passes Herc Rentals quality and efficiency standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all Herc fleet equipment and trucks independently.
