What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead position at Hercules Facility Solutions LLC?
Your Role:
As a Team Lead, you will play a vital role in greeting clients, leading a crew to perform the specific scope of work for the project. For example, installing and assembling various types of furniture, moving furniture and/or machines, handyman work (replace ceiling tiles, light bulbs, door knobs) for commercial clients. You will work in centrally located commercial office/industrial/retail and hospital buildings around the Dallas/Fort Worth area, ensuring a convenient commute and comfortable work environment. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Able to push and pull weights of up to 200 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in office furniture installation is a plus.
- Familiarity with small hand tools is required.
- Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
