We’re seeking a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage a variety of marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Write engaging and compelling website and social media content to showcase our products and services
Capture photos and videos at project sites for use in marketing materials and campaigns
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including tracking budgets and analyzing lead generation success
Implement approved marketing initiatives within budget to drive leads and achieve goals
Coordinate and attend local home shows (seasonal weekends) to represent the company
Collaborate with the leadership team to support department goals and optimize marketing strategies
Requirements :
2 years of professional experience in a marketing or communications role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office : WORD, OUTLOOK AND EXCEL, Canva, Constant Contact, Salesforce, and similar software
Strong writing, organizational, and time-management skills
Willingness to visit active project sites for educational purposes and content gathering
Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive approach to a growing and changing environment
Clear and consistent communication skills, with an openness to feedback and collaboration
This is an in-office position based in Goshen, NY. Candidates must live locally or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance.
A proactive mindset and the ability to hit deadlines consistently
In person- NO REMOTE OR HYBRID
MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICESNSE
MUST BE ABLE TO DO 4 HOME SHOWS A YEAR so OT on WEEKENDS ( 1 in Feb., March, April and August)
