Marketing Specialist, FT, Monday - Friday. $26to $28/HR
We’re seeking a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage a variety of marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.
- Write engaging and compelling website and social media content to showcase our products and services
- Capture photos and videos at project sites for use in marketing materials and campaigns
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including tracking budgets and analyzing lead generation success
- Implement approved marketing initiatives within budget to drive leads and achieve goals
- Coordinate and attend local home shows (seasonal weekends) to represent the company
- Collaborate with the leadership team to support department goals and optimize marketing strategies
Requirements:
- 2 years of professional experience in a marketing or communications role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office: WORD, OUTLOOK AND EXCEL, Canva, Constant Contact, Salesforce, and similar software
- Strong writing, organizational, and time-management skills
- Willingness to visit active project sites for educational purposes and content gathering
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive approach to a growing and changing environment
- Clear and consistent communication skills, with an openness to feedback and collaboration
- This is an in-office position based in Goshen, NY. Candidates must live locally or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance.

- NO ENTRY LEVEL AND NO MANAGER OR DIRECTOR LEVEL CANDIDATES
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICESNSE
- MUST BE ABLE TO DO 4 HOME SHOWS A YEAR so OT on WEEKENDS ( 1 in Feb., March, April and August)
Salary : $26 - $28
