About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Market Intelligence Manager II to drive analytical initiatives that inform high-impact business decisions and strategy at HERE. In this role, you will oversee the analysis of automotive sales data, competitive metrics, market trends, and product performance to provide actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with team members, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute analytical projects to evaluate market trends, competitive benchmarks, and product performance.
- Synthesize large data sets to provide actionable insights that influence product development, go-to-market strategies, and business operations.
- Partner with key stakeholders to align data analysis with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Oversee the design and implementation of advanced data models, dashboards, and reports to enhance decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all analytical initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and market intelligence.
- Represent the market intelligence function in stakeholder-level discussions, presenting insights and recommendations with a strategic perspective.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, market intelligence, or market research, preferably in the automotive or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated experience leading analytics projects and managing teams.
- Python skills would be highly beneficial, but most important is the ability to translate analysis into insights that tell a story.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with keen diligence.
- Persuasive communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to senior executives and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic decision-making.
