Job Summary :

Maintains the data entry of all orders coming in and out of the factory.

Specific Responsibilities :

Keypunches Bale orders and Sample orders.

Keypunches all ring orders

Corrects any mistakes made on the ring orders.

Exports work at the end of the day.

Runs reports for H.J. ring backlogs.

Verifies that ring orders are correct with Customer Service Representatives.

Also trained in other areas.

Any additional duties are to be performed as directed by the "Supervisor".

Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma / GED equivalent suggested.

Ability to read and write in English is required.

Must be able to work overtime and on Saturdays during busy seasons

Ability to establish priorities and work independently.

Proficient computer skills : Sending e-mails, working with word processing and spreadsheet software programs. (Microsoft Word and Excel skills are a plus)

Strong communication skills

Multi-tasking skills.

Ability to work well with people having different ethnic, social, or educational backgrounds; understand the cultural differences of different groups.

Physical Demands :

Ability to walk around the office and plant, up and down stairs and through the factory briskly.

Near Vision

Finger agility is required for operations of computer keyboard and adding machine

Must be able to endure long periods of sitting.
