Job Description:
Heritage Auto of Logan is looking for a guest-oriented and detail-driven Service Advisor to join our team. As the key liaison between our guests and service technicians, you'll play an essential role in ensuring smooth, efficient service operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, guiding them through the vehicle service process with professionalism and care.
- Work closely with service technicians to determine repair and maintenance needs.
- Provide customers with detailed service recommendations, including costs and timelines.
- Communicate updates on vehicle status and ensure customers are informed throughout the service process.
- Handle scheduling of service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Upsell additional services and products when appropriate, while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency with service management software and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
