What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lending officer position at Heritage Bank?
Heritage Bank is searching for a self motivated individual looking for a new opportunity. Candidates applying for this position should have a general knowledge of bank products and services. A willingness to contribute to bank growth by cross selling and/or referring bank products is essential. Under supervision, this individual will be responsible for driving consumer and mortgage lending sales for the bank at the Delhi Location. The role is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through consumer loan origination as well as deposit account opening, as needed.Those applying should also be able to provide bank customers with superior customer service while maintaining bank and customer confidentiality. Compliance with bank policies and procedures along with state and federal laws/regulations is required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-3 years banking experience
Flexible and able to adjust to change
Good verbal and written communication skills
