The Position: We're looking for an energetic individual who is creative, collaborative, and able to think outside of the box. As an entry level Media Consultant, you will work closely with our senior consultants and be responsible for obtaining, growing, and retaining advertising accounts across our broadcast, digital, and print platforms. Every client is unique and has their own story, goals, & budget. It is the role of the Media Consultant to establish, cultivate, and maintain those relationships to ensure the client's needs are understood and met.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries
• Qualify leads and set appointments for senior sales staff
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
• Learn and demonstrate knowledge of  company products/services
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Assist the team in achieving targets for existing, new, and digital business, as well as department initiatives
• Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasting
• Utilize industry data and trends to develop business opportunities and identify product development needs of the customers to grow market share and reach new customers and industry leaders
• Lead with integrity, establishing and maintaining a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
• Ensure client results, satisfaction, retention, and demonstrate commitment to client success

Qualifications:

• Education and/or Experience - Degree in a related field and/or 2 years' professional experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-first attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle rejection and keep a resilient mindset
• Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
