COLLECTOR

Heritage Community Credit Union is looking for Full-time Collector who is highly motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic service individual to join The HCCU Crew. At Heritage Community Credit Union, our members are the sole reason of our existence! The Collector will perform a variety of collection efforts to resolve the delinquent status including collecting on negative share accounts and delinquent loans. We are looking for someone who’s both detailed oriented and empathetic. The Collector position is based in the Sacramento area with a hybrid remote working arrangement

Qualifications For Collector

• Minimum of 6 months of related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office suite of products
• Exceptional customer service skills in order to work with members via telephone, mail, and personal contact in a professional manner.
• Very good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Credit Union or banking experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
