What you will be doing

The Senior Living Sales Counselor is responsible for introducing discerning individuals to the epitome of senior living excellence at Heritage Community of Kalamazoo. The primary goal is to guide potential residents through the journey of discovering their dream home in our exclusive community, where hospitality seamlessly integrates with exceptional care.

• Meet or exceed sales goals for occupancy.
• Engage new inquiries quickly to answer questions, share the HCK value proposition, and schedule tours/appointments.
• Contribute to the planning, research, and writing of the community’s marketing plans as needed.
• Host engaging events, tours, and presentations to showcase our community's exclusive features and lifestyle, creating memorable experiences for clients.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior housing sales or a sales role.
