What You'll Do:
- Find New Opportunities: Generate sales through door-to-door efforts, networking, and referrals.
- Assess and Address Needs: Complete no obligation roofing inspections to accurately identify and meet customer needs.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must Have: A pickup truck (required) or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
- Must Have: A valid driver’s license and be comfortable working at heights.
- Experience: Project management experience is a plus. Sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Skills: Strong focus on customer service, relationship-building, and networking.
- Drive: A “hunter mentality” with ambition, motivation, and a strong work ethic.
- Attitude: A coachable, self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.
A Typical Day:
Morning:
- Prospecting new leads, inspecting roofs, assisting homeowners with claims.
Lunch:
- Meetings and pre-call planning.
Afternoon:
- Continued prospecting, roof inspections, and assisting homeowners with claims.
Week:
- Monday through Friday (weekend work as needed).
- Aim to file 5 claims per week.

- Top 5 Reps: Earn $500k .
