In this senior-level role, you'll lead our efforts in educating businesses about the power of customized promotional products to elevate their branding. You'll drive both inbound and outbound sales initiatives, building relationships with a diverse array of clients—from startups to large enterprises—delivering tailored product solutions that solve their unique challenges. You'll be responsible for hitting and exceeding ambitious sales targets, managing high-level relationships, and collaborating closely with the leadership team to scale our business.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and execute high-impact inbound and outbound sales strategies, leveraging your expertise to secure new business and expand existing accounts. This is a 100% phone-based role, requiring excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline, maintaining proactive outreach and managing all client interactions within our CRM system. Ensure timely follow-ups and deep, meaningful engagement with each account.
- Develop a deep understanding of ProSwag's products and become a trusted advisor to your clients, recommending customized promotional solutions that align with their brand objectives and growth goals.
- Drive revenue by negotiating and closing high-value deals with key business stakeholders, overcoming objections, and confidently addressing client concerns with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies, improve processes, and contribute to overall business growth.
- Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive results and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Stay organized and efficient, managing your time and resources effectively to maintain a high level of productivity. Sales is a numbers game, and your consistent efforts will lead to success.
What It Takes to Succeed:
- Proven experience with 4 years in high-performance, results-driven sales roles, particularly in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both on the phone and via email, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and close deals effectively.
- A deep understanding of sales cycles and a track record of exceeding targets in an inbound and outbound sales environment.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage complex sales processes and overcome challenges.
- CRM proficiency: Experience with CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activity, and analyze results.
- Leadership qualities: Ability to work independently but also collaborate with a team to meet organizational goals.
- A strategic mindset: Able to think critically, assess client needs, and develop customized sales strategies that drive results.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
