Berkshire Precision Tool, LLC, a leading supplier of American-made, industrial cutting tools, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The hours for this position will be 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
The candidate must respond to customer telephone and written inquiries regarding placement of orders, status, returns, complaints, and adjustments. This is an onsite position

Requirements of this position are:
· Previous customer service experience in an office environment
· Excellent customer service skills
