Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, dependable, customer-oriented representative to provide industry-leading customer service to our customers.
This is a full-time, in-office position that requires you to be within commuting distance prior to starting.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer requests or inquiries concerning equipment, products, promotions, and billing with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide timely and thorough resolution of all issues raised by customers, documenting all actions and correspondence.
- Makes recommendations according to customers' needs on features, accessories, and upgrades.
- Maintain working knowledge of all company products and promotions.
- Process orders and enter customer claims using operational system.
- Assist with Marketing and Warranty functions.
Additional Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
We require:
- Relative customer service experience required: answering phone calls, communicating with customers, responding to inquiries, taking orders.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) maintaining strict professionalism in all customer correspondences.
- Computer literacy: Experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to meet the demand of a high-paced operation handling a high-volume of requests, incidents, and customer inquiries.
- Experience in the Propane, HVAC or Hearth industries is a plus.
- Experience with ASW system is a plus.
- Customer Service, Organization, Problem Solving, Time Management skills.
