Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target markets and customer segments to tailor messaging and outreach.
- Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Plan and manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, direct mail, and local events.
- Track lead generation performance and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, signage, and truck wraps.
- Digital Marketing
- Oversee website content, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and online reputation management.
- Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Coordinate with local organizations, real estate agents, and home shows to increase visibility.
- Organize and promote community involvement initiatives to enhance brand perception.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with lead nurturing.
- Manage external vendors, designers, and freelancers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in home improvement, construction, or real estate industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
- Graphic design or content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of local market trends and homeowner demographics.
