Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager who shares our passion for the outdoors and adventure. Key Responsibilities:

- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities to innovate and improve our marketing efforts, ensuring we remain a trusted partner in the adventure industry.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage KPIs, Google Analytics, and internal sales metrics to measure the success of campaigns and ensure we are delivering on our commitments to customers.
- SEO Optimization: Maximize SEO to ensure our online presence is as strong and adventurous as the journeys our customers take.
- Social Media Growth: Creatively enhance our social media presence, creating authentic content that resonates with our community and drives engagement.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal marketing needs, working closely with other departments to ensure all marketing initiatives align with company goals and foster a sense of unity.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with a passion for creative problem solving and data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and relevant marketing platforms (experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM tools is a plus).
