Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager oversees the marketing team and ensures successful execution of strategies and campaigns. This includes managing daily activities, coordinating with departments, and meeting objectives.
Essential duties involve developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with business goals, analyzing market trends, and creating targeted messages to engage customers. Staying updated on industry developments and marketing technologies is crucial for maintaining a competitive edge.
The role includes brand management through consistent messaging across all materials and channels, collaborating with designers and content creators for high-quality assets. Budget management is also vital, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
This position reports to the Senior IT Manager/SVP.
In summary, the Marketing Manager role blends strategic thinking, creative vision, and leadership to drive successful marketing efforts.
Essential Functions

1. Lead and supervise the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
2. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with company goals.
3. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
5. Oversee the creation of marketing content, including digital, print, and social media materials.
6. Oversee and maintain the Bank’s Intranet and Website development and administration, including periodic updates and content changes.
7. Work closely with the Marketing Committee, other departments, Market Managers and Senior Management, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
8. Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI.
9. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
10. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
11. Analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
12. Communicate marketing plans and results to the Marketing Committee and stakeholders.
13. Develop and maintain a positive public image for the company. Manage media relations, press releases, and public statements. Oversee the organization of events and promotional activities to enhance visibility and engage with the community.
14. Regular travel to other branch locations and attendance at trade shows, industry training sessions, and seminars is required.
15. This position requires a valid Driver’s License.
16. Regular attendance and punctuality when reporting to work.

19. Perform other duties as assigned and requested.
20. This position may require installation of a Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) app on an employee's personal mobile device. The MFA apps are used to authenticate a user's identity to the system for security purposes.
21. Adhere to and comply with all applicable, federal, and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to BSA/AML, as well as adhere to the Bank’s policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:
Required - High School diploma or GED, etc.
Required – Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred – Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge and expertise.
Preferred – Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Preferred – Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
