Position Overview:
This internship is a unique opportunity for a motivated college student to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO strategy. You will work directly with the Director of Marketing to assist in executing marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and increasing customer engagement across our digital platforms.
What you’ll do:
- Marketing Content Creation: Design and execute marketing content that aligns with HF&G branding objectives across various platforms, including email campaigns, social media, SEO and promotions to engage with our target audience
- Social Media: Help curate, schedule and engage with all content across all platforms. Work with Tik Tok, brainstorm and create content for daily calendars, engage with and grow our online communities, and manage proactive outreach to creators. You will also organize contact databases, manage inboxes, assist in planning local events,
- Product Advertising: Facilitate tasks related to product advertising and placement in various channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand visibility.
- Market Research: Analyze competitors and industry trends to help inform marketing decisions.
- Analytics: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of social media, SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Marketing on various projects, providing creative ideas and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
- Junior or Senior in a University
- Communications, Marketing, advertising, Digital or a related field
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of marketing principles.
- Experience in content creation for digital marketing, including social media platforms.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
