Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality medical care to patients through diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic problems
- Supervising support staff in a clinical setting as needed
- Maintaining system of quality assessment and assurance in accordance with quality assurance plan
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers within the clinic team and community agencies to provide comprehensive client care.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A medical license from the State of Idaho to practice medicine as a Physician Assistant under a Physician's supervision
- A medical certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Inc.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, DEA, and State of Idaho Controlled Substance Registration numbers
- Bachelor's degree required; at least 3-5 years' experience as a primary care provider desirable
