We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate will have a variety of skills in home repair, maintenance, and general construction.

Heritage Home Buyers is based out of Enterprise, AL and serve in the Enterprise, Dothan, and Ozark areas.

Job Duties | What You Will Be Doing

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, carpentry, painting, and appliance installation
• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with local building codes
• Provide clear communication to Project Manager regarding project timelines, cost estimates, and work progress

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• Must be comfortable working as an independent contractor. You will be responsible for managing your own taxes and insurance.
