Job Overview:

As an Electrician, you'll play a vital role in our team, overseeing electrical systems in residential settings. We're seeking someone with strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills.

Mission:

At Cote, as an Electrician, you'll be entrusted with providing top-tier electrical services. Your primary focus will be leading electrical system services for our valued customers. The ideal candidate will excel in electrical knowledge, possess exceptional problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct rigorous quality checks on completed installation and service work, ensuring it meets industry standards and company guidelines.
• Make necessary adjustments to systems to optimize performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Interact directly with clients, explaining service procedures, addressing concerns, and providing comprehensive information on system operation and maintenance.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while on customer premises, ensuring a positive experience throughout the service process.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, including installation reports and maintenance records.
• Provide detailed documentation of installed systems for reference and future servicing, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electrical services preferred.
• Proven experience as a Lead Electrical Service/ Installer or similar role, demonstrating strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting expertise, and repair skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (minimum of 50 pounds), climb ladders, and perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
