Heritage Home Service is seeking an experienced Residential Service Trades Manager to lead and develop our team of skilled service professionals. As a cornerstone of our operations, this role will ensure we continue providing homeowners with outstanding service while driving team success and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit & Develop Talent – Work with our hiring team to attract, onboard, and train top trades professionals.
- Performance Leadership – Set clear goals, monitor performance, and coach technicians to success.
- Service Excellence – Ensure our team delivers the highest quality residential services to our customers.
- Team Culture & Growth – Foster a workplace culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Oversight – Support technicians in the field, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of leadership experience in growing teams and driving revenue.
- Technical background in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or related trades preferred, but not required.
- A passion for mentoring, coaching, and driving team success.
- Proven ability to achieve business goals and maintain high service standards.
- Excellent communication skills—confident, clear, and decisive.
- Tech-savvy approach with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
