What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at Heritage Hotel Golf Spa and Conference Center?
Exciting opportunity to join our food & beverage team as a Barback. The barback helps bartenders and servers run a bar smoothly by stocking supplies, cleaning, and taking care of customers.
Compensation:$16.35 per hour
Responsibilities:- Replenish liquor, beer, wine, ice, and glassware
- Clean glasses, counters, and floors
- Prepare garnishes and make drinks
- Assist with drink orders, food delivery, and greeting customers
- Rotate products, label and date items, and maintain pars
- Follow health department standards to keep work areas and equipment clean
- Pick up food and drink spills, broken items, and trash
Qualifications:
Barbacks should be fast, able to multitask and have product knowledge. Ability to lift heavy objects such as beer kegs and other bar-related items.
