Job Summary:
As the Enhancement Sales Manager at Heritage Landscape Services, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our enhancement services within the Installation division. Reporting directly to the Install Sales & Estimating Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales opportunities for enhancement services. Your main objective will be to foster client relationships, identify up-selling opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
As the Enhancement Sales Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Sales Strategy and Business Development:
Collaborate with the Install Sales & Estimating Director and executive team to develop and implement sales strategies, business development initiatives, and revenue goals for the enhancement services
Identify and target potential clients and market segments to expand the company's client base for enhancement services
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the enhancement services sector
Develop sales plans and strategies to effectively promote and sell enhancement services to existing and potential clients
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for up-selling enhancement services
Collaborate with the Install Sales & Estimating Director to develop and implement client retention strategies and initiatives
Attend client meetings and presentations, providing technical expertise, guidance, and support to enhance client relationships and sales opportunities
Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements through enhancement services
Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to enhancement sales, such as revenue, conversion rates, and client satisfaction
Provide regular reports and updates to the Install Sales & Estimating Director, highlighting sales performance, trends, and opportunities
Utilize sales data and market analysis to identify areas for improvement, develop sales strategies, and optimize sales performance
Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with the design team and installation production manager to ensure seamless coordination and execution of enhancement projects
Work closely with the Install Sales & Estimating Director to align sales strategies, share market insights, and coordinate client relationships
Communicate effectively with other departments, such as operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, horticulture, or a related field - relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the commercial landscaping industry, with a focus on enhancement services
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and achieving sales targets
Strong knowledge of enhancement services, landscaping materials, and industry best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally
Good vision and hearing for effective communication and data analysis
Ability to work in a standard office environment
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:30am to 5:00pm NOTE: As a salaried employee, your work hours/Days are structured on a completion-based schedule. This means that you are required to work until all assigned jobs for the day/week are completed, which could mean working weekend days in order to meet job completion requirements.
