Our Director of Healthcare (LPN) Will:
- Oversee provision of services and overall well-being of residents by working with team members, other medical care providers and our residents’ families.
- Implement policies and procedures and develop processes that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.
- Train and develop the care team to provide high quality care and use necessary software systems.
- Assess potential residents for appropriateness, create and maintain care plans and ensure all necessary care is delivered.
