TheRecruiter will beresponsible for the full lifecycle recruitment of all roles assigned. This includes sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, data integrity, and reporting. Apply now! Responsibilities : Source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers to fill all company positions. Develops and proposes new strategies and programs to attract quality candidates for all communities.Partners with hiring managers at all locations to provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate initiatives to best fill all vacancies.Works closely with the Marketing team to establish advertising and campaigns to attract top talent.Establishes measurements of success and provides supporting data.Applicant tracking system set up and maintenance.
