What are the responsibilities and job description for the Craft Recruiter position at Mortenson?
Mortenson's Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for sourcing, screening, and referring craft professionals to appropriate Operating Groups company-wide.
- Conduct weekly customer relationship meetings and update recruiting reports
- Serve as the Customer Relationship Manager for assigned projects
- Source and staff open craft positions
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of personnel policy and procedure, as well as federal and state laws regarding employment practices. A minimum of five years recruiting/HR experience or a combination of higher education and experience is required.
