Job Summary :
The Staffing Coordinator (LVN) plays a crucial role in ensuring optimal staffing levels within the healthcare facility. This position requires a combination of nursing skills, organizational abilities, and effective communication to efficiently manage staffing schedules, monitor compliance, and provide direct patient care when necessary.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain accurate staffing schedules that meet operational needs and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant staffing regulations, including nurse-to-patient ratios and mandatory continuing education requirements.
Provide direct patient care when staffing shortages occur due to call-ins, absences, or increased patient volume.
