Heritage Personal Injury Firm is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Client Services Representative to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, guiding them through the various stages of their injury claims, and ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on their injury claims. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure they are informed and comfortable with the progress of their case.
2. Claims Process Management: Guide clients through each step of the injury claims process, ensuring they understand the necessary procedures and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate timely and efficient claims processing.
3. Documentation and Record Keeping: Accurately document all client interactions and update case files with relevant information. Ensure all client records are maintained in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
4. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the claims process, escalating complex cases to management as necessary. Proactively anticipate client’ needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with legal teams, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and best practices.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a legal or insurance
setting.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Empathy and patience in dealing with clients who may be experiencing stress or
discomfort.
· Proficiency in using office software and case management systems.
