Now, we are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Provide administrative support to executives and staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Process and package online orders
- Assist with tracking product inventory
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Experience in a front desk or personal assistant role is beneficial
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in file management and record keeping
- Excellent clerical skills with knowledge of office procedures
- Outstanding customer service and customer support abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Speaking Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
