What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Manager -Carlton Park Apartment Homes position at Heritage Properties, Inc.?
We are looking for a Community Manager that has Property Management experience. This individual should have experience in Price Optimization software and be able to assist in determining rates, marketing, and filling vacancies. Experience handling resident complaints and overseeing maintenance. YARDI experience, CRM experience, Rent Cafe experience is preferred. Ability to travel as needed to attend training classes or work at other properties if needed to assist.

The salary is negotiable and is based on experience and leadership skills. We offer a generous salary with quarterly bonus potential, monthly bonus potential for new leases and renewals and excellent benefits package is included.
