Embassy of Woodview is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Columbus, OH. We are a mere 15 minutes from the downtown area with access to community activities and outings.\

Responsibilities : \

Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.- Administer therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance patients' functional abilities.- Educate patients and their families on Occupational Therapy plan of care- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.\

Qualifications : \
