Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments
- Follow up with phone and email inquiries
- Show apartments to prospects
- Maintain records
- Process applications and prepare lease documents
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Flexible with evening and weekend hours
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred
