Purpose
We are seeking a Service Manager to lead the team and manage the department, ensuring customer repairs are completed and service metrics are met efficiently.
Responsibilities

Provide leadership to the service team by:
- Commit to team success through recruitment, communication, coaching, and recognition.
- Own team performance by holding everyone accountable and addressing issues.
- Act with integrity by modeling PST values, ensuring safety, and building trust.
- Develop employees through coaching, feedback, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Lead the team by communicating PSTs strategy, identifying opportunities, and facilitating change.

Manage the service department by:
- Create annual service department goals and budget aligned with organizational objectives.
- Execute the service marketing plan and coordinate customer clinics and promotional events.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Schedule and assign work to service department employees.
- Stay updated on equipment, products, and competitor offerings through ongoing training.
- Engage with the PST team to meet customer needs and provide solutions.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge
- HS diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a service department.
- Valid drivers license.
- Experience leading teams.
- Experience with off road, construction, lawn or heavy equipment.
- Experience operating vehicles, tools and equipment for diagnostic purposes.
- Basic knowledge of general accounting practices and office procedures.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, standard desktop applications, and Service Advisor.
