Key Responsibilities :
- Accounting :
Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and expense reports.
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and orientation scheduling.
Qualifications :
A background check and drug test are required in the preemployment process.
Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
