Heritage Village of Waterville, a long-term care and Skilled nursing community located in Waterville, Ohio is seeking a new or experienced Activities Director, CTRS, Recreational Therapist, or COTA to join our community and Certus Healthcare family! Currently seeking 1 qualified candidate to fill the opening.
This position would accommodate a flexible schedule, typically Monday through Friday with some need to cover holidays and weekends.
Our Hiring Timeline for this position is between 1 to 2 weeks.
Our hiring process includes an onsite interview, online and in person paid orientation, and a period of new hire training.
