Heritage, a part of the fast growing MileOne Autogroup, is looking to add a customer focused person to our team! As a Business Development Coordinator you will respond to internet customer inquiries, handle the leads, the internet listings, make follow up phone calls and set up appointments with potential customers for the sales team to take over the selling process. You will be responsible for both new & pre-owned internet car sales.
This position in ON-SITE at our Towson Corporate location.

Essential Duties:
- Receive inbound sales calls, emails and texts, make outbound sales calls, emails and texts and set appointments throughout all 19 Heritage dealerships.
- Develop relationships with customers who have inquired about vehicle brands carried by the Heritage Automotive dealerships.
- Support the customer’s sales process by setting appointments and transfer that relationship to the dealership staff that will finalize the purchase.
- Continually learn about the various makes and models that the Heritage Automotive Group represents.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of call center experience or customer service skills required
- Ability to multi-task
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
