Heritage is immediately hiring a General Manager for the LARGEST and most successful Toyota dealership in the Tri-State area. Alongside the executive leadership of Heritage, our next Toyota General Manager will be a member of our elite team in driving sales and operational goals. Our Toyota General Manager will be a leader who will focus on building a motivated, customer service-focused team while maximizing profitability every day.

General Manager Qualifications:
- Prior automotive General Manager experience with increasing responsibility
- Proven success in managing a large sales staff with big inventories
- Ability to lead through example, have great work ethic and self-leadership
- Ability to learn and adapt to the ever-changing automotive industry
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of how the internet is driving our business
- Maintain a high energy level and be able to manage a high-energy team
- Must have a stable employment history with tenure
