As a President’s Club Award-winning store, we are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee all aspects of variable and fixed operations. The General Manager will play a key role in driving sales, maximizing profitability, and leading our elite team to success by transforming inventory into opportunity and revenue.

General Manager Responsibilities:
Hire, motivate, and mentor all Dealership employees
Ensure long-term growth, profitability and sustainability
Set sales and service goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those goals
Manage both New and Used Car Inventory
Lead Fixed Operations department
General Manager Qualifications:
Automotive leadership experience with increasing responsibility
Proven success in managing sales and service staff and dealership inventories Must be able to lead by example
Strong computer skills and knowledge of how the internet is driving our business
A strong work ethic
