You’ll Be:
- Recruiting, training and managing department managers
- Monitoring and managing day-to-day dealership activities
- Analyzing dealership financial data and KPIs to ensure profitability
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Establishing and executing a sales strategy to meet sales targets
- Ensuring compliance throughout the dealership
You Have:
- Experience as General Manager or General Sales Manager
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- In-depth knowledge of dealership operations (sales, finance, service, parts, etc.)
- History of providing excellent customer service
You’ll Receive:
- $150,000-$250,000 Per Year
