Primary Responsibilities
This position is full-time and in-person, requiring on-site support at trade show events, including overnight travel and weekend/extended work hours based on event schedules.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, typing, grasping, and repetitive hand motion. Occasional bending, reaching, twisting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and lifting of up to 25 lbs.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth
- Align marketing initiatives with business objectives and sales strategies to ensure cohesive branding
- Oversee the creation and execution of branded marketing materials, brochures, proposals, and trade show collateral
- Manage the company's digital presence, including social media platforms, website updates, and online advertising
- Utilize Salesforce and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel
- Identify strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities with industry associations and event organizers
- Develop and implement marketing plans for trade shows and industry events, ensuring consistent branding and lead generation
- Work with the sales team to develop lead capture strategies and align marketing efforts with client acquisition goals
- Track marketing campaign performance, report key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Supervise and mentor marketing team members, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal departments
- Manage the inventory and distribution of marketing materials to ensure proper branding across all company platforms
- Oversee the accuracy of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, WordPress, and social media platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure all marketing projects are completed on time
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies as needed
- Assist with public relations, thought leadership content, and corporate messaging to increase brand visibility
- Ensure the marketing team adheres to company policies and industry best practices
- Provide regular reporting on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and lead generation efforts
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for marketing initiatives and sponsorships

Requirements
Required:
- 5 years of experience in marketing strategy development and execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and WordPress
- Strong leadership and team management experience, including the ability to mentor and develop marketing team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey marketing strategies and campaign insights
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing campaigns based on performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience managing trade show marketing efforts, sponsorship activations, or digital campaigns
- Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Background in public relations, content strategy, and corporate communications
