We represent victims of sexual abuse in civil cases. Our attorneys have extensive experience advocating for survivors of sexual abuse. We are dedicated to helping victims of these horrible crimes heal the wounds of their abuse by empowering them through the legal process.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator/Receptionist for our Calabasas office. In this role, you will manage a variety of tasks, including answering incoming phone calls, maintaining office supplies and inventory, handling deliveries, overseeing incoming and outgoing mail, setting up conference rooms for meetings, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. You will also provide clerical support such as managing calendars, filing documents, photocopying, and scanning documents. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary is preferred
  • Ability to transfer calls between locations or extensions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and various technical applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in a law firm setting is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
