Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Assistant role based in our Boca Raton office. The position will be responsible for requesting records for cases and conducting follow up, receiving and organizing documents for the legal team, preparing authorizations for opposing counsel during discovery, and managing health insurance liens through settlement.

Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, including opening health insurance liens or requesting records for cases
- Can multi-task and prioritize responsibilities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Prior experience in a personal injury law office is preferred
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
