As a Carrier Development Representative, you will focus on identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with carriers to support our operations and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrier Sourcing & Onboarding:
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new carrier partners to expand our transportation network.
- Develop carrier relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with carriers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for carriers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Rate Negotiation & Contracting:
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers while ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in carrier development, freight brokerage, logistics, or a similar role.
