About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in our Delaware distribution center. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and store products within the facility. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all products are handled and stored in a manner that meets our high standards of safety and quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Experience operating RF scan guns and pallet jacks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a distribution center environment
- Experience with cycle counting and order picking
- Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS)
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and store products within the facility
- Perform cycle counting and order picking duties as required
- Ensure that all products are handled and stored in a manner that meets our high standards of safety and quality
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS)
- Assist with other distribution center operations as needed
Skills:
As a Forklift Operator, you will use your skills in forklift operation, RF scan gun usage, and pallet jack operation on a daily basis. You will also need to have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions to ensure that all products are handled and stored in a manner that meets our high standards of safety and quality. Additionally, you will use your communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with other members of our distribution center team.
Salary : $17 - $19
